What are the chances of moving up the waitlist for Hawthorne?

Classical: 195/300
We’re in Tier 4
Neighborhood school: Prescott
Waitlist positions: #60 on SN, #4 on Bell RGC
We applied to one classical and one RGC school
Choice school: #41 on Hawthorne’s proximity preference
Questions:

Based on past experiences, what are the chances of moving up the waitlist for Bell RGC and Hawthorne? We are really interested in Hawthorne.

Which schools should we consider that are better than Prescott, given our priority for academic rigor and proximity to home?
