I had heard in previous years that kids who took the test in the first couple of weeks got their scores back early and didn’t have to wait to see them until April. It would at least give us a sense of chances.
Since testing is delayed this year because of covid, does anyone know if this option will still be available?
Additionally, is there a “best” time to test given that they slide the score based on age?

Well I was disappointed to find out that test dates will be released in December this year, so I guess the answer is no. This was per the application process that opened this morning.

Good to know – I haven’t gotten that far in the application yet. So you selected your schools and then when it came time to set your test date/time, you’re just told through the system that dates will be released in December? Seems a bit crazy to me.

Yep. A RSVP button will be available next to the selective enrollment school listed in your completed application on gocps. Those boxes are not showing at this time. Test dates will be a available in December, so they are not even promising that the first test dates are in Dec! There is a little box that pops up to tell you that once you hit submit. I was hoping just to get the test over with.
