Hi everyone,

This is our first time in CPS with our first LO starting K in a classical program.

She’s been in daycare for years and of course meals are provided and part of tuition.

I’m wondering, CPS and the school says lunch is provided free. Is this something most or all students partake in? Are lunch boxes and prepared meals not a thing anymore?

Our LO does not have any dietary restrictions. I’d love to just send her to school without worrying about a lunch every day. But I also don’t want to do so if this is actually only an option for those that need it.
