A neighbor has confided in me that they are going to cheat in the upcoming Selective Enrollment high school application for their child.  They live in tier 4 but are going to use a relative’s rental property address in tier 1. I voiced my disagreement with this and how this is considered fraud that if CPS finds out, they will ban them from Selective Enrollment.  This is wrong in so many ways, including denying a less privileged student their spot.  Does anyone know how I would go about reporting this anonymously?
