received this email from CPS:
Dear GoCPS Applicants:
We hope all is well with you and your families. As we prepare for the selection process for the 2021-2022 school year, this is to announce the date that first-round results will be released for families applying to the three magnet preschools and grades K-8.
First-round results for this group of applicants will be released on Friday, May 28, 2021, between 5:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. CST.

Thank you for posting the date. That gives us another month of uncertainty. 🙃

Eagerly awaiting SEES results to be released today. Please share your tier and scores and school if you will once you receive them. Last year’s results were released in the morning even though they said they’d be released at 5 pm. Wondering if they’ll be released earlier than 5 pm today…

Salazar elementary school called up saying the schools already have the results and if i would be accepting the seat. She said we should be getting the results around 3pm.
Did anyone get calls from schools

I’m only allowing myself to check every 15 minutes. It has been a rough 24 hours

Does anyone know how School Busses work for Academic Centers? For instance, if you get admitted but your child is more than 6 miles outside the radius? Specifically for Kenwood but this is a general question too….
