Does anyone have experience with a ADHD kid with a 504 plan trying to keep up with the workload in a RGC? What happens if they can’t do the work?

My daughter’s best friend has ADHD and RGC 1st grade. Their school’s work load is high, frequent assessments, long and intensive academics with little bit of essential. According to my daughter, she sees counselor everyday at their school, her mom is very connected with RGC coordinator and school over all. Her mom has been working really hard to maker her daughter stay in the school. It is not easy, and her mom often says, “I do give up spelling test this week” very often. She can hardly spell. She might be behind over all from the class’s academic level, but she is definitely not behind school social life, social emotional aspects, as long as I see. If The students with conditions of ADHD in RGC like their school friends, try it, and keep sticking to it. My daughter’s friend made significant progress with challenging school.
