CICS Irving Park is a tuition-free, premier urban charter school in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago. The school has been recognized for it’s strong personalized learning program, flexible learning spaces, and powerful community!
CICS Irving Park is now accepting applications for Kindergarten and all grades for the 2019-20 school year. Families are encouraged to apply prior to the March 22 CICS lottery deadline. After that date, applications will be placed on the waiting list in the order that they are received. They may apply at http://www.cicsirvingpark.org.Prospective families are also encouraged to step inside the Irving Park community by attending one of three upcoming Open House programs –
Kindergarten Open House on Friday, February 22 at 8:00am
Families will have the opportunity to witness Irving Park’s weekly K-4 community celebration. They will also have the opportunity to see kindergarten classes in session, enjoy coffee and refreshments, tour the school, and talk with the director, teachers, parents, and students.
Open Houses for All Grades – Thursday, March 7 at 5:30pm and Saturday, March 9 – 9:00am-11:00am
