Does accepting Choice offer exclude neighborhood school?

My daughter received an offer for STEM for K and we are weighing that versus enrolling her at our neighborhood school (Skinner).  The question is:  If we accept the STEM offer, will she still be able to register for the neighborhood school if we change our minds?  We don’t want to lose the STEM spot but are unsure if we want her to go there versus Skinner.
