What does your kid want? I really liked Whitney on the tour but ultimately the commute is too far for us. If your kid is just ok at sports and wants to play Jones is a better fit. I think Whitney has a few more class options (ie there’s no fashion design at Jones). If your kid wants rah rah school spirit that’s better at Whitney. I think the basic academics are not that different.
