Let’s say someone gets an offer from their 4th pick in Round 1. If they decline it in hopes of getting their 1st or 2nd pick in Round 2, but then don’t receive another offer, can they go back on the waiting list in Round 2 or 3 for their 4th pick? Is there any way to reclaim the first offer?

Last year, yes, you could go back on the waitlist for a program that previously issued your child an offer that you declined (or that you intentionally or unintentionally let expire). I expect that it will be the same this year. I believe that you will have to manually add your child to SEES waitlists if you receive any 1st round SEES offer, though — it won’t be automatic.
