Has anyone started to receive Round 2 SEES offers? Or know the date on which Round 2 will begin (if it hasn’t already)?

Same here, I am also waiting for round 2 SSES results for my 2nd grader. Any updates

Was told by OAE last Friday that round 2 offers would start today (Tuesday), but have received no official communication today. Guess that means no round 2 offer for us? Or maybe OAE didn’t get around to posting round 2 offers yet? Hmmmm…. Would love to hear from anyone who has received an offer since the initial results posted. I don’t want to bug OAE again (but it has been quite a while since the round 1 process wrapped) Thanks!

Thanks for that information. Super helpful. Did they indicate how long you had to accept/decline?

The Bronzeville Classical principal sent an email saying that second round offers for Bronzeville will be made on June 11.

Good luck with your decision-making! Maybe post grade level and score in case others are trying to gauge where the fall on ‘the list’ ??
Also, out of curiosity (since the GoCPS system is new this year), are pending offers and decisions still communicated via the online system? Or has the process moved to personal communication via phone? Thnx
Congrats to those with offers!

We were just offered a seat for 1st grade at Bronzeville Classical with a Friday deadline as well. Wish I had more information!!
Pros: new facilities and new school so class sizes might be smaller; principal with great credentials, would go through 8th grade
Cons: commute is super long for us (my child’s dad is in the NW side and I’m in Oak Park); school culture and parent/teacher dynamic is TBD

3rd grade — got a second round offer from Pritzker RGC with a 135 on the gifted exam, 97 on math, and 95 on reading.
Have to decide by Friday, doing a tour tomorrow but lots of mixed reviews on here about Pritzker… -
