GuestFor those whose kiddos attend Poe, McDade, or Bronzeville and live in the West or North suburbs (10 miles+ away) – how do you handle the commute? Are there school buses or private charter / transportation options?
I also heard for Keller there are shuttles that bring kids to a nearby school in the loop. Not sure if there’s something like that for the above classical schools.
Thank you!

GuestLOL? Right, way to get us all riled up by mentioning suburbs. I know it happens but really don’t like hearing about it.
Anyway, assuming you live in the city, some resources are:

HopskipdriveBut reach out to the school, either the main office or PTO/PTA may have a network of parents who are willing to carpool. We carpooled for a few years. It was essential in getting our kids to their respective schools but it was a lot and I really don’t miss those days.
