Any recommendations for what you did to get your kid prepared for Academic Center Testing. What website or books do you recommend.

GuestThe paper folding and figural matrice questions are unusual and would be much more difficult to answer without some familiarity. These categories test for spatial reasoning and predictive patterns & are commonly used for IQ tests.
The verbal sections feature more conventional questions that kids have likely encountered on other standardized tests: sentence completion and analogies. There is also a Sentence Arrangement category where they have to place words in the correct order to form a sentence and then are asked what is the last letter of the first word (or second letter in the third word, etc).
