For elementary schools SEES, start exposing children to Math and reading early! Children can conceptualize numbers and math at 3 or 4. You can start with some enrichment centers as well. Kumon is popular for Math and reading. I have also heard good things about SAM Singapore Math centers. I am sure there are others too. Testingmom.com comes to mind.
