Our result page is still empty. What to do..

My son’s result page has been empty since Friday even after multiple reloads. His link just shows ‘undefined’. When I compare his totals to cutoff scores, he qualifies for some schools.

I am trying to call the CPS number and they are not picking up. Is there another source to find out the results please?

They’re pretty responsive to email. Try emailing them at oae@cps.edu

Thank you. I was able to get thru by phone and they first confirmed some students were not able to see their results. They looked up my son’s offers and told us. The website was fixed eventually and we saw his offers and accepted already..

Email them with all the details – they respond quickly. I emailed Yesterday, it got updated Today Morning. But wait times for calls pretty long..could not get in touch.
